Breast lift surgery
In a breast lift the excess skin is removed, the breast is reshaped and tightened and the nipple is raised. Thanks to a scar-minimizing technique the generally inconspicuous scars are located around the nipple and in the lower area of the breast and may be completely covered by a bra or bikini top. In the case of small drooping breasts, the uplift surgery may be combined with a breast enlargement. A breast lift takes approximately three hours and requires general anaesthesia. Stitches are removed after two weeks. It is recommended to wear a special bra and avoid breast-straining sports in the three months following the surgery.
