Breast Reduction

Overly large breasts can be much more than just an aesthetic problem. Often attempts to conceal the breasts lead to an abnormal posture affecting the spinal column. Generally, these problems can be remedied by a breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty). In breast reduction the excess breast tissue is removed and the mammary gland reshaped. In addition, the nipple is lifted and the skin tightened. Thanks to a scar-minimizing technique (vertical mastopexy) the generally inconspicuous scars are located only around the nipple and in the lower area of the breast and can be completely covered by a bra or bikini top.
