Botox

Botulinumtoxin (Botox ®, Vistabel ®) is a substance that has been tried and tested over many years for reducing overactive muscle activity. The muscle deactivating effect is used in particular to weaken the mimic muscle system in the region of the forehead (frown lines, crow’s feet), eyebrow increase and corner of mouth correction. Treatment with Botulinumtoxin prevents a further deepening of wrinkles and thus also has a prophylactic effect. The effect sets in with a delay of a few days and achieves its optimum result after 2 weeks. The effect lasts for about 3 months. Treatment with Botulinumtoxin can be combined with other treatments, such as Hyaluronic Filler injection or Peeling.
